Sorry to keep asking, but people who know anything about laptops...is that a half decent one? The graphics card seems to be the best one I can get for my budget, it's hald dedicated and half shared form what I can see, and I can upgrade the ram in the laptop up to 4GB. So what you think?

OK, so I have a fine pending for not paying a ticket that's due Friday.
When I was caught I gave my name and address to the national rail guy and he called wherever to verify it. Because I live in a student rented house they had issues finding the actual owner of the house and whether I lived there but they put it down anyway.
So yeah, they sent me the fine by mail. If I don't pay, the fine doubles. But I'm wondering if I also do not pay that, what happens? I know I'm supposed to go to court, but will they actually bother coming to the house?
Should I write a reply from some fake name saying they received the letter but I don't live there?
