Anyone know how to get a new ipod to sync up with a new ipod so you can get all ya old songs to just start going onto the new one? Just got a new ipod nano, updated itunes but it won't show up on itunes or anything :S

Anyone know how to get a new ipod to work with ya itunes? I've tried reinstalling itunes, I've set up a new user profile on windows and installed itunes there but my fucking Pc won't show up the ipod! Fuck sake why is this so hard?!?!?!?
