There's a residential area next to the student village I live in. Today as I was going to a lecture I glanced over there and saw a blind man being led through the street....by a DWARF. It looked hilarious.

Our city spends most of our tax money on buying new pretty cop cars and painting run down buildings up so it looks like a cute small town.
The fact the DEA came twice this year in attempts to bust up meth labs is hilarious to me.
Taco Wagon got busted for selling meth, I used to drive by it every day.
