I just hope they like tie it all together in this one, I do like the creative tortures though. All kind of pussy in my opinion, I have this one were they tie a fish hook to a string then make the guy swallow it while he is sleeping.
Then like when he wakes up he the machine starts reeling it in slowly into some sort of grinder maybe. So if he doesn't go forwards his shit gets ripped out through his mouth and if he does go forward he gets grounded up.
I don't know how he'd get out, but the idea is pretty fresh I think.
