I just had a new nutrition program sorted out for me. Need to eat 3822 calories a day :\. that's 63g of protein 63g of carbs and 14g of fat from protein each meal 6 times a day :\. Sam is not happy.

Nope nowt like that. It took into account my metabolism the majority of the type of muscle fibers I have, how many calories I need to sustain my muscle and to grow and also to accompany the ammount of training I'm doing at the moment. it's alright though, just looked at like the food in the house and stuff. Like two haddock fillets provide 60g of protein and can just eat with a load of potatoes and rice. That'll be one meal. Another two meals will be made up with supplements and then it's just having big lunches.
The hard one will be getting that all in at breakfast but I'll let it slack a bit haha. Lots of sausage and egg coming my way!
