Dude, steal it from the art department at school! There's some lying around somewhere in a big roll.
Use permanent markers to draw obv and then spray them with hairspray to help resist them against rain.

As long as the Blair witch or someone ain't moved it, it should be around somewhere. Last time I saw it it was by the PCs in the room without the office attached. Probably moved since then though.
