This is even worse than a budgie because it was found in a bin, and is therefore a tramp cat. It'll just lie around the house all day, getting pissed up on White Lightening and shouting stuff at you.

A cat is fairly easy to keep. You just have to remove the used part of it's toilet, feed her, and pet her, play with her. She usually sleeps around 18 hours a day, cleans herself for 2 hours, so only the remaining time is the actual doing (playing etc).

Milk is food for her, and not drink. For cats, only water is for thirst. Cow milk is not very good for cats, it contains something which is not good for them. There is special "cat milk", which is from cows, but they remove the not good part.
