Well thanks for the help, and I don't have crayons I have colouring pencils.

No I want to do it on photoshop, so if you so desperatly want the crayons to be used grab your colouring book and use them!

Thats the hard way
Duplicate your picture, make the top layer black and white .. then use the eraser to erase all the black and white its you dont want...thus leaving the coloured layer below showing...
Im shit at explaing...so if that doesent make sence..sorry
