Cant access HGF without a proxy. Whats going on?

So basically today, we were walking out of the mall and these punk kids sitting on the curb down the street are just sitting there and looking around. When we were walking away they screamed something like "Yooo" and we said "Whatt!!!" and they said "Fuck you" and then they all started laughing. We got in the truck and went over there. Nothing happened at all since we are 18 and they looked 15 but it was pretty funny.

Watch little kids shit their pants.
