What car you got?

Marc, how long did it take you to pass your test? When I go to the UK I need a driving license and can't wait that long. I already got a UK provisional. How hard is the theory?

And how long did it take you to pass the practical.

thoery I passed with flying colours by readin one book, took about a week to revise it (but I could have probably done it about 3 days if that) I took 6 lessons and then my test and passed first time.

some people find it harder than others and some people have good or bad examiners. I think I had a decent one, although I dont think I fukt up either =]

my g/f took 30+ lessons and failed twice. yet I think she is a better driver than me.

just a shame I lost it 7 months later.

Birds don't get the concept of driving.

Cheers man, sounds like it'll be a lot easier than I expected. Over here you get this massive ass 240 page book to read (no joke, it's like taking a GCSE) and they are a great fan of trick questions.

omg twinz Image file not present in the recovered backup

Both times I had crap examiners. The first one was a notorious bastard when it came to failing people and the second one has the hilarious nickname of "Sat Nav" because when he speaks that's exactly what he sounds like. I swear by the end of the test I wanted to smack him in the face.

Not that I'm bitter or anything.

How did you lose your licence Marc?

The theory is easy as fuck, it's multiple choice. Then the hazard perception, you can get away with clicking once every seven seconds.

For the practical it really depends on what examiner you get. On my first time I failed cause a horse came out into the road and instead of stopping I went round it. I did the exact thing on the second time but with a rubbish truck and passed.

I was speeding in a car I wasn't insured for (my dads - and I didnt steal it)

that wouldn't have got me banned usually but I had been drinking the night before and, although I didn't feel in anyway drunk, I was still over the legal limit.

hasn't stopped me driving, I just dont do it quite so fast now.

The UK is annoying when it comes to speed limits, over here you can really test a vehicle out with no one caring. Over there it's like "Sir, do you realise you were going 5 MPH over the speed limit?" Fuck that shit, lol. Ah well, guess I'll just have to sit there going at a real slow speed all the time.

Speed limits should be indicatory, not enforced.

Hmm, well tell tht too the familes and freinds of people who's children could have survived if the car tht hit them was going 10mph slower.

I'm not saying people should go at 100mph round urban areas, but on the motorway such stringent speed restrictions are annoying. And on like country roads where you got a road suited to 100mph and you can only do 35.

I agree, there shouldnt be so much of a speed limit. More of an area if that makes sense.

Signs saying 30-100 ... and even then they are leniant.

I guess I dont make sense, but I know what I mean.

Fair play, still think tht a speed limits a speed limit, and should be enforced, but I agree tht in soem palces such as motorways it wouldnt hurt too raise the limit.

places like neighborhoods and small roads should have slow speed limits, but on business roads and whatnot, it should stay at 50 or higher. I usually go about 5 over the speed limit always, cops never seem to care.

Man I took a lot of drugs and I can barely walk. I cant barely see what Im typing.

Im supposed to fuck this girl tonight. There is 2 choics. I can either not get drunk - in which case Ill be able to get an erection and last roughly 30 seconds....OR I can get shitfaced and try my hardest to get a boner - in which I can fuck for hours...but chances are my dick will remain flacid.

Last time I did this I got shitfaced and coildnt get an erection so I told the girl to hold up and I went into the kitchen and try eveything I could to get a boner butn nothing worked.
