We wanted something that wasn't trying to be all hXc, but maintain the simplicity of the new era that we felt was dawning. We considered the name of the group to be obsolete, it was not important to us to try and stand out to others with a flashy name, so GOMP was appropriate as it conveyed a simple concept.

I was driving home from wendy's earlier and there were 2 cops behind me and then one pulled up and was driving beside me, and the tension got so high that I found myself swerving into the cop beside me, in response he flicked on his lights and so did the others behind me, but that didn't stop me, I reached under my seat and pulled out a .45 and tyrese was in the backseat shooting off his shotty, round after round and then I snapped out of it and they turned off into a neighborhood near me.
