if I'm using stats tracker code in my site, if I include it in the styles.css file, will it be picked up for every page that recalls the css?

Yo, I know theres been about 20 threads about this but what can I do when MSN does this:
Default gateway???
I've tried clicking repair, restart and whatnot... usually it just works, anyone know how to fix this then?
I was on MSN and it just went off all of a sudden, can't login too windows messenger either...
It says completed and then signs in and the error comes up again.

maybe because you didn't sign off when the server was fucked, sometimes when I'm on AIM everyone else will be offline due to a server prob, and as long as I don't sign off too, then I'm fine.
