had a flash back last night that was scary, but its only because im thinkin about it due to what day it is, I havnt had one in 6months or so, but apart from that im feeling ok. ima keep busy today and totally pull apart my room and clean it up so its perfect. as its been a messy shit hold for so long I cant remember it being clean. my gf gets to help me all day too lol but she dont mind.
