yeah but my gaim was fuckin YEARS old!! and I couldn't update it, so im using Qnext and its fucking amazing, YIM, AIM, MSN, ICQ and more, also filesharing too, im downloading shit from there I cant find anywhere else

I can only get on here through a proxy? Anyone know why?

Not really, have u tried clearing history etc? Might sound stupid but I got a similar error yesterday.
