I went to a 3 month residential treatment center this time last year. my parents surprised me with an intervention, and told me I would have no possessions and no financial support from them if I didnt go to rehab. so I went, and decided why not give the sober thing a shot. it will save me a lot of money, and I can see who my true friends are instead of people that only like me when im drunk or high.

well I was drinking to the point where I just didnt go to class. being an alcoholic is not being physically dependent on alcohol.

Someone has used my card and charged £50 to dominos pizza and £7 to some theatre. Then the bank have charged me £35 for them going over my limit. What do I say to get charges back?

Go into the bank and explain what happened?
If they dont do what you want explain that you will close your account if they do not etc But this only really works if youve got a good credit rating and are a valuable customer to them.

Report it to them, say it wasn't you...depending on who you bank with they will deal with it there or put you on the phone to their fraud department. Their fraud team will look into it and find it was a cloned card and not yours and you will get your money back and they SHOULD refund the charges also. I know I would. It may take up to 10 working days but will usually be quicker.
