yeah, it's awesome. I really wanna read up on a lotta stuff but am too scared cause I'll clearly find spoilers. once I'm up to date I'm going to study the entirety of lostpedia.

I didn't I've had abdominal/groin pain for a while, wasn't sure if it was a hernia or something else and he had to make sure it wasn't an issue with my nuts...

Unlike you he wasnt totaly lost at the gym ;P but he was pretty much all over the place doing a little bit of everything... but I was impressed that his focus was on dumbells and freeweights!

haha, It's the cheapest by a good £30 or so I have found, might be because it's such short notice, Amsterdam is apparently expensive. Dunno, never been. Might also be because your old.
