Haha its a seed I planted many moons ago which is finally coming into fruition.
I just love the abuse I got for being massively into fitness and stuff and it always comes out in the end that its something a lot of people are interested or could be interested in too! Main problem is a lot of the time there are douchebags out there who are out to make people feel small to suit their own ego and understandably a lot of people have had negative experiences with jocks and fitness for these reasons. I massively care about what I'm on about and hope that I can give people good advice and experiences with conditioning that I have been lucky enough to have and hopefully change their attitudes towards the field.

I was hucking bricks at people for fun, and I nudged this one dude while I was picking one up and he turns to me and starts apologizing, so I aim and clock him dead in the head with a brick, his head snaps back and hits the back part of a transport trailer and he falls to the ground. sooo fuckin sick looking
