wow, that sounds actually really good. im going to have to try and cook it like that next time. I usually just fry the bacon, toast the bread and then cook the eggs after the bacon is done

It's lush. Cut a hole out and fry it on one side. Then flip the bread and add the egg in the hole. Do the bacon separate or in the same pan, then add on top.
