Has anyone making a HG dvd thought about maybe investing in a hard drive that isn't from the pound shop?...I swear all groups making dvd's magically loose footage when their dvd's are almost done.

I had a solo DVD project lined up for a Christmas release. Would you believe my hard drive crashed JUST NOW.

Good thing I got 500 pre-orders for it which I don't plan to refund.

Does anyone know if it is possible to take the RAM out of a laptop and put it into a desktop computer?
