Im trying to play a video...Which needs subtitles .. It came with all the subtitles in a .scr format

Now I stumbled accross this forum with the problem that I have...And it has the anwser

I also downloaded some random piece of softwere..Which ended up converting the .srt file into a .saa

Also..This video wont play in anything other than DivX player

So if anyone can help me ... Get subtitles up on Divx player...it would be a massive help

The last time I've looked at it, it didn't installation, just unzip, and run. It doesn't look too fancy,
but it is higly configurable, it has built in support for a whole bunch of formats, and works good.

you could also try downloading VLC it plays pretty much everything and heres a tutorial on using subtitles with it (not hard at all, just select em in a menu)
