Just fucking screwed at an Xbox Support employee.

After months of requests, with shipping labels unable to find me through both email and post, and double and triple checking my address over the phone, last week I rang Xbox support and ranted that the situation was getting ridiculous. All very apologetic, agreed to send the labels by courier then have the same courier take the console away for repair. All I had to do was give them a ring the next day to confirm the reference number, and the whole process would start.

So I rang them today, explained the situation. Gave the reference number. The bird on the other end of the phone then repeats the entire story back to me, never apologising for all the screw ups. She walks me through, step by agnosing step, her processing the request for a courier. She then repeats the whole back story for a SECOND TIME, and asking constantly whether I was sure of my address. Then she starts to say "Well I'll just look into what happened to the labels that were meant to be posted to you" and I absolutely flipped. Ranted for a full 5 minutes, ending up saying "Look, I don't care about the past labels, it makes no difference to me now does it? I was told the courier would deliver the labels then the same courier would take the console away, now can you organise that? I couldn't care less about past labels now, why would I even want to know? Just do your job."

If this courier doesn't arrive in the next 3-5 days I'm going to burn down Microsoft UK Headquarters.
