http://www.roadrun.com/rrunited/I just saw it in the shop yesterday but I dont really understand the premise of it, hence din't buy it. The sound on my comp is fucked so I cant hear the songs.
Image file not present in the recovered backup And the actual information part of the site wont load for me.
It sounds like the musicians from the Roadrunner Records label got together and made a bunch of songs, which sounds like an awesome idea.
There are concerts too (apparently). Anyone going to them? I would if I could, but I cant so I shan't.

Where else?
If they come to NZ (1 in 1,000,000,000 chance), im like
SO there.

All of the songs r new, basically there are 4 'captains' who I think wrote the songs and they r: Joey Jordison(slipknot), Dino Cazares(ex Rear Factory), Matt Heafy(Trivium), Robert Flynn(machine head). And at least 1 of the 'captains' is in each song, but with loads of different people in them.
26 November 2005, 10:09 UTC#6
well on the website it only says new york.
and what it is my friend is 4 team captins, matt heafy (trivium) dino carzars (ex fear factory) rob flynn (machine head) and joey jordison (slipknot) get to pick members from bands that are signed by roadrunner untied and make songs, so its bascily like every track has a band that has members from famouse bands.
eg: the end
Matt Heafy ( Trivium ) - vocals
Dino Cazares (ex- Fear Factory ) - rhythm guitar
Nadja Peulen (ex- COAL CHAMBER ) - bass
Roy Mayorga (ex- SOULFLY , MEDICATION , THORN )- drums
Logan Mader (ex- MACHINE HEAD , SOULFLY ) - melodic guitar harmonics
Rhys Fulber ( FRONT LINE ASSEMBLY ) - keyboards, programming

I have it. Its one of my favorite albums. Apart from maybe ''The End'' ive gone of that song like loads.
But if your a metal fan buy this , its awesome and has everytype of metal.
Features...
Mark Hunter-Chimaira
Glen Benton-Decide
Dez Vaifara- Devil Driver
King Diamond
Jesse leech- Ex Killswitch Engage
Howard Jones- Killswitch engage
Dani Filth- Cradle of filth
There are some pure metal metal tracks on it. Also death metal and black metal. There are some soft tracks and some funny track and even an emo track, which joey Joridson wrote and plays drums in.
But yeah buy it if you love metal music. If your into mainstream rock and metal dont. Its a very underground style of music.
