the reason I refuse to show nudity is because for starters, I can't prove the age of somebody that is on footage that is supplied by somebody else. second reason is because there are minors in the production, such as GMC. there's several reasons and I just feel this is a professional decision.

there's down time for a week right now due to the editor leaving town for thanksgiving. if webby sends the footage out tomorrow with priority mail or ups/fedex, the dvd will be finished by the end of next week.

GMC anit 7yr olds, im sure they have seen a topless women before...or even had a woman topless before. my brothers 13 hes in our dvd alot..dont mean its wrong to include topless shots in the edits.
bam has topless shots in his dvds that feature a 6yr old girl doing stunts also....oh noes.
the footage stays in the final edit. im giving u promission to put a black bar with red 'censored' or 'retardz' on it. ok?

Also...for what its worth, US law does not require you to maintain any form of records when its just basic nudity. You only have to maintain records when there is sexual explicit content involved.
So legally, Moody could put the footage of the girl in this DVD, just as Bam put those topless girls in his DVD, just as I will be putting topless girls in my DVD.
