Hey guys I've been on the search for a new camera since my Sony DCR-TRV350 shit the bed..
ive been looking at this Panasonic PV-GS150, its a 3ccd for only $700 so im seriously thinking about it.
I just wanted to see what you guys thought since you probably know more about this shit than I do.

Image file not present in the recovered backup but either do I, looks like a decent cam though.

looks sweet, quite a good camera from my point of view.
Usually most standard mini-dv cameras have an approx video resolution (CCD) of 800k, yet this one has a massive 2.3MP. It also has 3 CCD's which basically means it can handle colour far, far better than standard camcorders and is of a much higher quality. Those are the things that stood out scanning through the specs of the camera, and the price is pretty good as well.
but 3.4lbs?!?!? That's one mother fucking heavy standard mini-dv camera.

I have that camera ! It is fucking sweet and I love it !
I bought it like a month a go and so far its been great ! The image quality is very good ! and it has a nice amount of manual control ! It's very easy to use !
The onyly cons are bad nightvision and no light !
here is a skit that is filmed with the gs150 and a raynox QC-303 semifisheye lens !
