PSP for 1 pound!!!!

ok this is only for the UK bunch, A guy from my work is trying to make some cash for the earthquake's in asia.. Here is a email he just sent me:

I think you will all be aware from the news about the disastrous events unfolding in Asia from the earthquake.

I have been thinking since it happened how I can contribute in the huge relief campaign so have decided to ask for donations but with an added incentive.
I am going to donate a Sony PSP Unit (Portable Sony Play station) and for every one pound you donate I will give you one ticket to go into the draw for the PSP.
I have kept the amount very low to tempt you to buy at least one ticket but you can of course buy as many as you want.

The PSP is a very sought after item with most retailers not having any in stock and no date as to when they will have any. This is a brand new boxed unit.

Come on all dig deep and donate as much as you feel comfortable with, just think of the smile on your child’s face at Christmas when they have a Sony PSP, you can bring a smile to the thousands of children left helpless, hungry and homeless.

That's a bit false, no matter what the price is, others can pay the same amount for an equal chance.

PSP is just a downgrade of the PS2.... in my opinion..

What do u expect? Its fucking tiny and protable, I think its amazing that it is as powerfull and good looking as it is. They did a damn good job with that thing, I would have no use for it but for people who do its a great thing.

well not really, seeing as it plays films, music and can go on the internet

plus its about 10 times smaller

and the games havent exactly gone down hill either

I don't get the new portable consoles. When I wanna play games or watch movies, I wanna do it in the comfort of my house, not on a bus. The GameBoy stuff wasn't too bad, the games were hardly in-depth, just something to have a quick blast on and pass the time, but now we got shit like GTA Liberty City Stories and Metal Gear Acid, I can't imagine playing games like that not being comfortable sat at home. I'll stick to my PS2.

What are the graphics the equivalent of?

Too me the graphics are almost at ps2 level, like 3 quarters of the way between a ps1 and ps2, they are fuckig nice looking and the graphics are great for the size of it.
