That wasn't on Bumfights 3... there was a similar fight when two surfers were fighting but I remember that wasn't it.

That guys an asshole, he wasn't breaking the law, if theres a surf comp on, its a courtesy to get out of the water.... not a right. I would have sued.

Hmm...that's a first for me...never seen two people trying to fight and stay afloat at the same time. It seems like they would've just paddled back in and then fought, rather than risking one of them drowing from getting knocked out or something....
