Releasing my homegrown on televsion

Ok, So I live in NZ and I e-mailed this TV station to play a home-grown video I have been making. Now this channel played this Scottish thing called "Dicking Around" and my friends said it was kind of lame and that our video was better. This leads me to believe that this channel will play our video.

Now our video has music from various artists and I'm wondering how I am going to get around that?

Also we have a few possibly illegal things:

Fire lighting - all on our own property
Driving into bushes and stuff - all on our own property


Do you think we will be sweet not to attract any police attention?

Ahh yes, I do not want this film to go anywhere really. It is not even that good, but good enough for people to watch, and never watch again. I just want to be on television.

They e-mailed back saying that they sent my e-mail to the main programme person thing. They sound keen though.

Also, we did this HG video back when we were like, 12-13. Once I realised that most of the footage sucked I just forgot about it. Now I look back on it and for ME it brings back memories and seems kind of funny. Its 30 mins.

I might release it in other ways if it shows on TV and anyone wants to see it.

Then we got a 3-chip and started doing stuff. Then some of the people in the group became total fuck wits and I stopped hanging out with them. I had about 60gigs of footage on an old hdd and thought to myself "I have to do something with this".

The rest is history.

The crazy pixels at the end went all fucked up because I had to copy and paste it from Premiere into a new sequence which killed the masking effect of the cop. Sorry.

What you used for editing those member parts?

I liked the "DEMO" Watermark it made the clip 10x better

Footage was basic hg... nothing new

it was k. editing was done quite well... though in cheap style. footage was watchable, but done sooo many times.

But the highlight! Making little children cry! HxC!! OGMAAN!!11

I was forced to add the demo thing sorry, bad experience with steeling footage, etc.

All done with Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects.
