I've been drinking for about 2 years now, and it's almost always for our filming sessions. Although I have this problem. I dont stop drinking until I pass out in my own puke. I keep thinking to myself I need to get more drunk so I keep drinking, and it always ends the same. I realized its ruining my filming sessions as Im passed out and I have to do something about it.
Now I only drink hard liquer, because I only drink to get drunk. But I need to set a pre-established limit, preferbally in ounces aka shots.
Can someone tell me how much I need to drink to get drunk without puking? Im 6.2 and 175 pounds. Normally I drink almost a fifth and I think thats way too much.

I'm like 6.2 and 7000 pounds, and I can drink 12 pints of guiness, 2 vodka and redbulls and a vodka and coke and feel happy-drunk. It really depends on the person man, people are so different it's untrue. I have learned to know when I have had enough, and when to refuse the next drink by drinking slowly. From many a bad experience, I have learned to know when my limit is approaching and stop before wanting to be sick all over either mine, the bars or my mates walls.

I also have this problem , I only stop drinking if im out of money or beer ... im never sick tho, but I do make habit of looking like an arse

I had this problem.
Drink till you're really fucking drunk but then drink something soft and drink it slowly. I drink smirnoff ices towards the end of a night because if I drank any more I'd die and it keeps u topped up-ish,
just gotta learn to judge it for yourself

I'm a skinny guy and I drink almost a 5th, you just gotta stop when you can't handle anymore

I'm not much into the drinking. Only very rare do I drink. Last time I did though way back in July I smoked a bowl and then had a couple shots of vodka. Huge shot glass and like pur vodka I was drunk as fuck lol. 0 tolerance and not big at all. The shot glass could prolly hold 5 shots out of a noraml glass.

I keep drinking till they relize that I have been drinking there drinks and blackball me
or till they relize I didn't pay for the alcholhol
but it takes alot to get me fucked up, I still havn't been but then again im not a skinny dude

well when you feel your self getting really drunk you can make yourself sick then it will sober you up and then you can carry on drinking without getting to drunk and passing out thats what I do, all though it still means you have to be sick

I prefer beer for drinking (4.8%). Its good and you cant get too drunk from taht (k,at least I cant) since you could not drink it that big ammounts.

dude man, I'm sorry but that's a retarded question. Especially to ask here. 90% of these kids aren't even old enough to drink!
Not to mention everyone's tolerance varies, no matter the wieght or hieght. My girlfriend is shorter and wieghs less than me and can hold her booze better way better!
After all the drinking you've done, you should know about how many shots are gunna get you "good" and how many are going to make you pass out.
Just keep count until you're feeling comfortable. Then you have your limit set.

The best way to drink is until your what we call 'tipsy'. Its the happy kind of drunkness when you can feel whats going on aroud you, but still control the vast majority of yourself and emotions. Thats the way I like it. I' 6 ft and 12 stone and normally half a bottle of vodka does the trick, I have no idea what it would be for you. But yer, just drink until you get to that state.

Yup I prefer beer too cause you can control yourself much better when you choose to drink beer instead of liquors. Liquors have the tendency to be ineffective at first, and you don't feel that drunk at all and keep on drinking more, and at some point the alchohol suddenly strikes you hard and suddenly you're more drunk than you want. And end up puking (has happened to me too many times)
Beer doesn't strike that suddenly, you feel it slowly getting in your head, and therefore you can control your drinking much better. Sure it gets a little more expensive, but if I do that here in Finland where the beer prices are probably the highest in the world, I'm sure you can do that in cali too.

Umm I'm not sure.. Fosters used to be imported so it was more expensive obviously than our own beers, but they've started to brew it here now (but I still think a single Fosters can could be like 1.50€ I can't remember really.). Finnish beers are around 90c a bottle/can.
A pint in a bar is usually from 3 to 5 euros.
edit: beer used to be even more expensive before, but they lowered the alchohol taxes a couple of years ago.
