Egging House's

ok so there this kid at school named dan and about 2 weeks ago one night we egged his house along with a teacher that lives two house's down, one I just found out that dan knows that we egged his house and he is going to the police and testifing saying that it was us, dan also knows about our website and I have a fear of him mentioning that to the police as well, now I want to know can you get in much trouble for egging a house 2 weeks ago ? and is there a way I can get out of it ? and dan also told the teacher that we egged as well (that it was us). The cops have'nt done anything yet, but on monday they might come to the school (thats what they do in the shit town of mine)

any help would be good.

egging houses is only a charge of vandalism.. usually it can be taken care of by community service.. especially if your a minor...if you have more major stuff on the site...id take it off... and does dude have proof its you who did it?

Say he's victimising you and its basically his word against yours and they can't do shit without proof. But take the site down otherwise they could find something on there to prove you are vandals and believe what this kid says.

Actually yeah, take any of the public stuff off of your videos, thats the only way you can get into trouble if your just filming yourselves somewhere they cant do nothing I dont think.

no he does'nt ! he found out we egged the teachers house (somehow) and he figured it was us that egged his house because its just down the street from him.

I don't think you can get in trouble for something they can't prove, unless you filmed it and it's on your site and they can clearly see you who egged his and your teachers houes. but if they have no real proof and and it's your word against theres, you will win for sure and ya won't get in trouble.

no if they go to a local grocery store.. and see on camera young males or females buying mass amounts of eggs... they can find out its you from that.. thats how aaron got caught last year...

ya true, thats a way they can find out. but do you really think they will go into a massive investigation about a little prank of just egging someones house. I know it's vandalism and it is a crime but really make a big deal about it would be stupid, thats why I don't think they will do shit, and dale will walk away clean.

Temporairly take down the site until you know what the situation is. Talk to everyone who was there, and make them aware of the tactics police will use to get a statement.

If all your friends hold out, and dont confess, there is little they can do. They will need more evidence that you did it for it to go to trial.

If there is a witness you dont know about, IE someone you bragged to about it who has now turned against you or whatever, that will be a problem.

If you are ever arrested, remain silent no matter what. Dont even say "hi". Make sure your friends to the same, thats the most important part.

In the future, only commit crimes with people who you trust. Partners in crime can be turned into witnesses by police and fuck you over more than you ever though possible.
