Well I guess for those of us who thought that 'Jackass' was over and done with were pretty very wrong. According to Variety Paramount indeed has plans on bringing the gang back together for a 2006 release. new studio president Gail Berman has greenlit a sequel to MTV's 2003 "Jackass the Movie," which was the studio's most profitable film that year, with a gross of $65 million; the film cost less than $5 million. The aim's to get "Jackass II" into theaters during the 2006 holiday season.

hopefully it won't be a big piece of shit... I honestly have to say that I'll always love Jackass... so yeah, I'm looking forward to this.

I think they know things have changed and the same old crap wont please everyone. With DS doing so well on TV and more people learning about them type of acts the ywill ahve to show up with some good things and not just "I will dive in a bigload of poo" it will work... if not... They will ruin anything that they did have in the past.

johnny won't come back to doing stunts he's a movie star now, he was the main reason people really liked jackass on a main stream level so I doubt they will make another movie without him
