Either right click the video and there is a button, or change the playback speed to a negative number. I only have ulead 8, but my bro said you can.

I tried speed to a negative number and all it did was go in really slow mo. Hope ya can help some more

On Ulead 9 its sooo easy to reverse... you click your clip in the timeline.. some propeties should come up then theres a little box that says "REVERSE" and you just have to give a click.. just once.. not twice.. and a check will pop up in the box. Congratulations, it's been reversed.
