Okay I wont lie. I dont want to watch the footage.
In my time I've experienced a fair amount of shit I would like to forget completely, and out of all those experiences, I would say only about 2 or 3 of them we're filmed. And I simply dont watch them, not until I'm over it. And Im still not over any of those events, so fuck knows when Im gonna watch this and upload it.
btw, I still dont have a cam to upload even if I wanted to. But I did just order one today! Its a 3ccd POS, but oh well...I was gonna make an update about it on the WS site but the server is down Image file not present in the recovered backup

true, but based on the video, what could have anyone really done? He was a grown man. You may not see it this way, but by staying put and filming they actually did a good thing. They caught the crime on tape perfectly instead of running to help. If you did what I suggested, you could use this footage and fucking sue the shit out of him. Its a shame you never did that.
In my situation though, my friend couldve actually done something. He couldve easily stood his ground and then the kids wouldve have done shit. They only attacked me cause they knew they could get away with it 100%, but with 2 guys there is a lot more risk that they'll get hit. They wouldnt have jumped me if my friend stuck around cause they wouldnt have been able to do it successfully.

That fucking sucks. After a year you cant press charges, and without a criminal case against him, a civil case would be rather weak.

Were talking about Nuggeto, like 14 years old at the time, being attacked by a 40 year old man....because nuggeto put something on his property. If I rememebr correctly...this man broke some of Nuggeto's bones. It wasnt a fight. It was a grown man beating on a kid.
