A lot of stuff we do is illegal, that's one of the reasons why I'm reluctant to release certain footage. We've made it into the local paper about 3/4 times in 2 months :|

delayed reaction nearly got busted at our school coz LouZy Hero posted banners all over the school

The exact same thing happened with us. A student was browsing the site and their parent walked in and went ape shit. They called the principal, and that principal called neighboring schools to tell their prinicpals about other WS members who went to other schools. Then they started calling people in, everyone but me, as they knew I was the ring leader. Eventually, they called the police, who advised the principal we had done nothing wrong and that he could not force us to shut our site down. So instead, the principal complained to geocities saying we violated their TOS on our site, which we did, so one day our site dissapeared.
Here are the answers to your questions.
1.) The principal cant do shit. He can intimidate and threaten, but he cannot expell you or force to shut your site down.
2.) You cannot be convicted of the same twice, so dont worry about that either.
Just chill out dude. You have nothing to worry about. Just be confident and angry when you talk to him, telling him he has no right to harrass you or your friends over your site, which has nothing to do with school. If you wanna be a clever bitch like me threaten to sue the school for discrimination and harrassment.
Here are the answers to your questions.

A totally different thing happend to us our teacher liked us made us bing in a video so we had a skit that never went on the site about pokemon and one day I was a classroom over and my friend Zach had the tv full blast and we were taking a test and all I hear is my voice going 'hey zach do yo uwant to play pokemon?' everyone started laughing and looked and said 'har?' I was like 'yep' But yeah as long as you guys did nothing illegal tell your teacher to suck a dick.

It's not really your teachers business, let alone should you have let your teacher get ahold of your site link in the first place. This is the exact same thing that happened to us.. that's why we don't have a site anymore... kids just can't keep their mouth shut to their parents... but somebodies mom phoned the police because she thought there was illegal activities in some of our videos and it should be stopped before we kill somebody... Yeah parents these days..
