Okay, so... I have a CD burner since like christmas 2 years ago, and it's never worked, and I've never really worried about it. I put the mother fucker in, and installed all the shit that came with it, and it doesn't work. It shows that it's there, but evertime I put a CD in and click on it's icon to like view what tracks are on the cd and whatnot, all I get is "D:/ drive not accessible The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error... Now, someone tell me what the fuck this means... I've tried hooking the mother fucker up every way possible, and I want to burn some shit to cd's since I may be trashing this computer, and it has ALL of my music on it. If anyone can help, that'd be sweet. Thanks.

take out the cd drive and look on the back....it should explain jumper settings

well, lets see...I definately don't see anything concerning Jumper Settings... This beast is a Samsung CD-RW Model SW-240 and yeah... Definately don't see any jumper settings... whatever the fuck those may be.
