http://www.herbalsmokeshop.comI still have my doubts regarding the legalities of their product, some assistance please WEAK? Seems kinda strange, they can match a "legal" alternative which seems very similar in characteristics. Any advice, or concerns?

Myself? No, but I've heard about 40 people on message boards say it's bullshit and about 2 of them said it works so yeah It's not real sorry.

Because if it were to get you high he would not have to deal with dealers, sometimes they can be hard to deal with. Buying it would mean he would have no hassle of finding and calling people and it's mailed to him.

No, it's a regular plant that will make you trip the fuck out. It's legal and everything. Athough that may change in the near future. It's not a party drug like weed or alcohol. Erowid.org if you want more information.

I think that depends on which country you live in. I know for sure that all forms of Salvia Divinorum are illegal in Australia, being live plants, regular dried leaf, enhanced leaf or pure salvinorin.
As others have said the herbal smoke shit is a waste of time and money, just buy some weed or cheap booze instead.
