As far as I know there was financial reasons why most guys are circumcised in the US. Doctors could get more money if it was done, so they did it. Nowadays parents have to pay for it if they want it to be done.
There can be a problem with uncut, if the foreskin is too tight, it should be cut. Condoms have to be used with care, one has to pull back the foreskin before putting the condom on, otherwise it just doesn't work.
Dickcheese isn't a problem if the owner washes his penis each day. It will be a problem after some days of non-washing, but then the one will smell like a homeless anyhow.
