homegrown forums face off 2

okay I really like the hgf face off and would like to make it an annual thing

so lets start working on the second one

my ideas so far are

no tasks at all, tasks are gay

but instead of like groups competing

I am thinking of somthing that has never been done before

3 to 4 team captains, people that have been around for awhile and know what groups and members are good at what

im thinking who ever wants in makes a mix tape of there shit, there best stuff and what shows variety

if there skaters, make a skate tape, if there stutn man make a stunt tape, if you do skits make a tape of your best skit

then the captains will take turns choosing a team of the best tapes

the captain will give his group the instructions of what he wants done and then the team editor (he will be chosen before hand with the team captain) will edit the video

this is just a rough idea, but I think it could be really fun

Sounds good...I want to do something like this to bring out our first video on here, thats what I've been waiting for.

Sounds good FMS, if you could co-ordinate it, and bring in some fresh specific ideas, I think it could work out pretty well.

say dex and scott both wanted in, they would make seperate videos, then they could be competeing agaisnt each other

I think faceoff just like last year with different tasks for 'new/rookie/up and coming' groups to make a name for themselfs

and the better older groups finish making there dvds...coz its just gunna slow everyone right down

Because your signature exceeded the width of a reply box, extending the layout width. Therefore, you need to resize. Other signatures with the same dimensions will be dealt with once they have been spotted.

How its extending the layout width, it doesnt alternate anything for me? Its just there like other sigs... but k, if gman wants that... I could benice boy, just wait me to get it resized.

well its a damn good idea for the new groups
and im pretty sure we will not enter
but all of you should and go with tasks cause thats the easiest way

ahh man, we were apart of Homegrown Faceoff 2 and it was the greatest thing for us. I just think this year it wont be the same. I think people will be in it for competiton instead of just having fun. Besides, we are trying to make our dvd, there is probably no way we could do both.

This is a good idea. A chance for new groups to make a name for themselves on HGF.

And it gives no excuse to groups as to why their DVD's were delayed.

I really like this idea, it's good for the teams that have been around for a while, but then again a whole team wouldnt have to enter.

Is 4 a good amount for a team ?

can the team members use help from other (eg. in makeing a skit ?)
