ClickClickThis is a news story from NZ that says of a video that was filmed by some guys that were driving recklessly and almost hitting people posted it on the internet which provoked complaints all over the world which led to the prosecution of the people within the video.
They really should've thought about blurring out faces, road names, car number plates etc.

My group 'Teddy' are working on a dvd involving extreme vandalism, and we name ourselves in numbers. For example, 1, 2, 3 and so on. We also wear masks and what not.

I dont know abotu NZ law, but if you guys have a statute of limitations, that guy couldve fought and probally won. There was no date on that video, and I doubt there was any witnesses to name the date. That video couldve been 2 years old, in which if it had happened in the US, could not be prosecuted.

Nevermind, it started to work. Jsut have often problems streaming videos.
And, to what weak said... it didnt even look that bad, he was testing his car on lonesome street, big deal.

Theres prob more to the story like one of his mates grassed him up when the cops found out. If they gave dates and told the cops more info then its that that got them charged. It was prob a way for him to get a lower sentence.

I just watched the video. Really don't understand why anyone would get prosecuted for that :/
