As you all know im a pot user!! (and I love the damn stuff) but ive noticed when im out in a club or somthing, if im really drunk ill have a few fags, well thats now become somthing ill do if ive ran out of weed. Ive started smoking most nights now when im sat at my computer and its doing my head in!
I keep saying ill stop, but I never do as I know its only 1 or 2 a night, but it thought if I make a topic about it, then ive made a bigger stand then me saying "ill stop tomorrow" in my head!
So tonights the last night... im gana smoke what I have and thats it!
If I do smoke another fag, ill post it in this topic again, and I want everyone to give me shit about it (this way ill feal bad about it... and stop) ... well thats the plan anyway!

Good luck in stopping man. I am the only person in the group I hand with who does not smoke.... ANd because I have grown up with these guys I can see how it changes people. They look so much older then me and have poor health even though 2 of them work out... I can still do more then they can.
Itwill only fuck you up when you get older and by then its too late to do shit.
Give up. If my gran who smoked for 30yrs can do it you can (Even though its screwed her life up for good because of what it did to her)
