ok so I got hosting.. and I have found a free template I would like to use... how do I use it?>

Just get a program where you can see the website and edit it, I use Mozilla it's not the best but works for me. It would be a good start for you if you ask me . Mozilla.org

take the template and put it in frontpage or dreamweaver and then publish it to your ftp from there....im not going to go step by step cause im to drunk..

Haha you can't edit a site in Mozilla :/ And yes it is the best browser.
Get Dreamweaver, edit the site to your preference and then upload it to wherever you're hosting.

if you dont know what youre doing...then youre best of saving up some money and paying someone to do it for you. It's worth it. You get a much better site and save yourself the fustration. I think you could get a pretty affordable deal at HGD.
