I have 30 min, dont ask why, its a big desision and I really need your help..

Which is better.

Canon xl2 (mini dv)
OR
Sony HDR-FX1 (high def)

Trouble is, HD cam will import stupidly, something like 30mb per second OR minute im not sure.

I can get a bigger HD no problem, just wondering on your opinions!
I know lots of people will get HD televisions in the next 2 years, our dvd wont be done for 2 or 3 years anyway.

PLEASE dont moan or bitch at me im really asking you guys for a favour now..

THANKYOU

Two things.

1) you posted this in video releases.

2) NEVER ask anyone here how to use that camera. You chose a camera that we all told you was fucking overkill.
