The problem with that is torrents are taking for every to download latley. Well atleast on my side it is.

Then make sure you have your "Upload" set low and "Upload connections set to about 2 or 3"
This way it speeds up to max... well does for me... but depends on what you use to download them.
ALso try www.isohunt.com and www.thepiratebay.org for torrents as tehy have more and less adds and spam.
