Anyways I got bored and decided to make a comparison photo showing the difference between using 1CCD and 3CCDs.


There is a slight difference, but when you film outside on a sunny day the difference is huge.

can you do that then?

Yes I was aware of that. I'm guessing that along with having more that my Panasonic cam also has larger CCDs. I'm not for sure though, but it does produce a better picture.

I will get some comparison shots from outside tomorrow if the weather permits.

random question but your lens, why is it so much boarder on it with no curving on the images, does it even give you more in shot or just give it that round effect lol. you should try zoom alittle bit so you can just see black in the corners. and only use that shot for close up shots, because it seems you film everything with the lens on which wont give the footage that cool look if its over used.

it gives me more width, on my shots and some curve close up, it's not the greatest of lenses though, bought it on ebay

I dont allways use that lens, just had it on since we were gonna film something else, and the footage using that lens would have looked nice if we'd filmed it... I was just being too lazy to take it off though, it's one of those screw on ones
