I don't like it, the flames looks shit, the gasmask looks shit, the wheelchair looks shit.
Only good thing is the pictures on the back of the cover.

It looks like little kids drawing: he wanted to put everything he knew to it, from flames to gasmaskes. Using lots of bright colors were important to him too.
In my humble opinion: Get themes, color theme and object theme so it would be consistent. Also think about making lay out more clear.... but this just my opinion, you go girl.
