haha, what fucking idiots... are they expecting to help inform the world of what to expect? Or are they just being so stupid, that they're giving out a training phamplet? I hate the shit our government does...

someone gave me a great idea..if somene were to make counterfeits of every blill the united states have, and put it everywhere, it would fuck everything up, cuz no one would know whats real, and no other country wou except tehre money..
