First off, im sorry about posting one of these threads becuase there has been alot of these recently. However, I am getting tired of going deep scannign my music library for a track.

I need something that is either quite tense or with a slow beat at the start, but speeds up dramatically about 10-20 seconds into the song. I would love it if the track could be either rock/metal, but if it fits, anything will do. I know it is quite a specific range of music, and you have better things to do than run around for me, but any suggestions are welcomed.

I found a couple that might go, but I need something a bit more 'defined'. I dunno, I will listen and check anything now. The couple that I figured could work were:
Dream theater- the root of all evil
Ayeron- Day Sixteen: Loser

I am going to make this mixup kick ass, and if it helps in anyway it will be a video fully introducing the group sort of. but yer.

Thanks people.

Again thanks, but the start of the music is too sudden, maybe somethingwhich builds up slightly, then explodes into the music.

Try just about anything from Killswitch Engage. They've got wide varieties within their music.

You could also try some Ill Nino, they've got a lot of music that changes tempo in a single song. Uh, This Time's for Real, What Comes Around... those are pretty good.

Well there is still some footage to be captured, actually a fair bit of footage to be filmed, and I don't really have a single freeday this week, or weekend. So I'm hoping a maximum of two weeks. I have the whole editing plan and shit done, I just need to rope together people and film some shit. Shouldn't be too long, probably a week or so. I will make this video worthwhile though.
