hey weak I need help
if I use commercial fonts in my site and dvd could I get in trouble...and I didnt payed for the fonts...

I'd go with no man, I'm pretty sure WEAK uses fonts without paying for them..

they are commercial tho
and if I want to use them in a commercial way would I get in trouble?

I doubt it unless you're planning to sell enough dvds to get media attention, like in the thousands I'd say.
But wtf do I know..

well our dvd will be soled in stores (israel)
and online (worldwide)

could be thousands...maybe even more...

I'm sure no one is going to sue you over using a font, plus, you may think you're going to sell millions and get tv coverage and worldwide coverage, but I wouldn't get your hopes up, and if so.. blame the site you got it from, or blame teenage pregnacey.

well im using the RE movie font....I wanna know if its legal. look at bumfights n indecline..sellin millions and always using basic bold fonts in everyvideo for all type n writting.

dude.... www.dafont.com/en ....use fonts from there....they are free and uncopyrighted...

I'd say no. I've seen a lot of commercials using fonts I've seen online and I'm pretty sure they didn't pay for em.

Just as long as you don't say you made it, you should be ok.

I'm sure they'd be happy if you gave them credit.

I guess it depends on the font, but most artists like their work to be seen by a lot of people. I wouldn't worry about someone suing you though, because you live in other countries and a judge would laugh in their face if they wanted to try.

but I just know that this font is very expensive and im not gonna pay the 25 $ for it
so I guess im gonna give them credit and fuck them they cant sue me...
