Looked at the pics, And I like, especially the ones with the bins, looks like a bad fall.

And does landing on your back when you do a flip hurt, since you guys do alot of flips, as I'm to scared to try one incase I dont rotate enough and land on my back.

It depends really..how you land on your back....if you land on your ass then it fucking kills your coxic and you cant walk for the rest ov the day....but of you just land on your back onto a bush then it wont.....hopefully blink.gif

Nope, it doesn't hurt, lol... Rhodes from LNDL has a video of him doing a back hand spring, but.. Landing on his neck....
