How do you make it looks like paint is splattered and running down something? I've found some tuts but none good.

what do ya mean? just go to that page, and theres some links to brush site, go to them then download the brushed you want

It says PS7 and I have cs do you know if they will work? I'm on a friends computer right now, so I don't have PS at hand.
Edit: Also I just spent 5 min on that site and theres so many brushes I don't want to look through all the archives for one brush.

yeah dude XAVE that shit on ftp for me, just put the file in my folder and ill get it later. thanks man, should have figured you would help me out. oh yeah you do any more fan pics? still want to do this fan pic battle, because I have a good idea and my girls already agreed to it.....
its going to be for NM because hell, we are using it so why not promote it?
