Basically, lets say I get 100 bucks for one of your clips.

25 will go directly to taxes.
30 will go directly to you.

That basically leaves 45 bucks for me to get it edited, stored, distributed etc and still make a profit. At the end of the day I will probably make less than you out of that 100.

I'm not lying about getting the groups $10,000 for a 2 minute video.  These are the numbers that have been shown to me in meetings with companies and with my lawyer.  My lawyer is repping deals for MGM and Paramount for mobile phone distribution.  I deal with big people in the industry that are working to make big money.

They're taking you for a fucking ride so you come up with content dude.

You are dreaming if you think you can get 30,000 net for a 2 min mobile video clip. It just wont happen for content like this.

it's funny but how would you know you've never even sold a 2 minute clip if the longest clips you make are 90 seconds??? uuuhh.... basic math tells even my dumbass that you have never sold a 2 min clip

thats all I have to say I don't wanna turn your topic into a piece of shit like the last one, so don't take offense I'm just making a statement......not jumping your shit

I know what the market is like after working within it for 2 years. I know that even with a 3 min clip a homegrown clip wouldnt make half that much.

25% goes to taxes...fuck, that hurts.

The people that work with me, when the good money starts rolling in, I'll buy people equipment such as 3 chip cameras and other accesories for production and I'll be funding some groups as a sponsor. I'm putting my mouth where my money is.

I'm working with the people that are distributing the animation libraries of MGM and Paramount onto mobile phones. If you want to make money with the big decision makers then you know how to contact me. Everything I've said about income and making $10,000 off of one clip is the truth and I've seen the books and pay outs from the companies to assure me that it will work. I'm in the entertainment capital of the word, elliot is in australia, of course im going to have better connections and get better deals. think about it.

no, but lets face it, australia isn't quite known for their lavish entertainment industry. I'm not knocking australia, it's a nice country but in terms of the entertainment business, it can't compare to los angeles.

Its a global market. It wouldnt matter if I was living in New Zealand. I do business with Europe, the U.S and Asia every night. America isnt even a big market for Mobile Video at the moment.. But Im sure you knew that Moody.

Its actually Asia where all the action is happening.

Care to post some stats? You dont have to declare what company it is, but Id be really interested to know how they think they'll make 30,000 for a 2 min homegrown clip.

Moody, my deal is non-exclusive.. I dont care about competition because at the end of the day my work speaks for itself.

Yeah.. So what?

Doesnt mean shit dude.. If you havent noticed its a global market these days.

And in regards to Mobile Video L.A isnt even close to being where all the action is going down at the moment. So you being in L.A doesnt mean shit.

When I look at the books and pay outs of companies, I can't take them out of the room that we are meeting in.

Time will prove everything really and the people that are working with me will be happy, that's the bottom line. I'm going to do everything I can to help out the groups and the individuals that help make it all possible.

So you've actually made money from Mobile Video so far? You've made groups 10K? Dude, you speak a lot about meetings and shit thats going to happen but nothing ever seems to happen with you.

How is it a sweeter deal when you havent even proved that its sweeter yet? ie: Sold clips and made groups money? Get back to me when you make your 33 million.

Not many of the big worldwide telcos and worldwide content companies are located in L.A dude.. wtf are you on about?

Like I said in my previous post, I don't care if I make money off this stuff. I don't even know if our groups stuff is good enough, but to get our stuff out there is my only goal. I'm not asking to be the next CKY or Jackass. I want people to see our stuff, any money made will go into equipment and things of that sort. So I don't really care to get into the argument too much because I do not know the extent of the situation. If you are interested in using our stuff let me know and I can mix up something. I just think that Elliot has taken a better direction towards the stuff, because in my opinion what your saying is kinda like a phone sex add. It's only $.99 cents per min, but what they say in fine print is connection is like $8.99 and rates can vary from $.99 - $3.99. Everything seems good on top, but there's always somewhere, where the distrubutor is making money.
